THE DISSOCIATED DIET

The dissociated diet, which is used as both a weight loss diet and a healthly eating regime, is based on the mechanisms we use to digest foods: if large amounts of carbohydrates and proteins are mixed together in the same meal, it creates an environment that is too acidic to digest starches and not acidic enough to digest the proteins. But is this theory true? Is there scientific proof?

ORGANIC DIET

To lose weight, but above all to stay healthy, you do not have to starve yourself or loose drastic amounts of weight. In homotoxicology, which aims at removing toxins from the body, it is thought that weight is gained in a different way for each person.
