Doing exercise actually means moving, or putting our body in motion; such a concept does not only imply physical movement but also education of the mind. Moving means growing, continually storing more and new information which means we increase our knowledge about ourselves and the area surrounding us, relations between our bodies, space and other things...
In other words: evolving.
